We work in all aspects of town planning and across all property sectors. Our clients come to us at all stages of a projects and we work closely with them to progress their projects through the planning system.
Our services range from initial planning strategies and asset management through to the preparation of technical studies such as Environmental Statements, to appeals and expert witness work. Our work includes mixed-use regeneration schemes and new shopping centres, changes of use and development affecting listed buildings.
Over the past two years, we have secured planning permissions for UK clients at the rate of around one every other day. Smart thinking lies at the heart of everything we do, looking at issues from different angles to reach the best solution.
